Have you ever considered adding a meadow to your garden? There’s no time like the present. Meadows aren’t just beautiful; they provide wildlife and pollinator support, use less water, and have built-in resilience that helps them weather climate extremes. Get the inside scoop on how to create, plant and manage these beautifully diverse gardens from two seasoned meadow-makers.

Lauren Springer, a nationally-known author, designer and public garden horticulturist from Fort Collins, will discuss plant selection and design that informs her numerous prairie-style planting projects, both public and private.

Broadmoor Garden Club member, Mary Scripter, a passionate lifelong gardener whose expansive home meadow garden in Niwot has been featured in several books and magazines, will share her knowledge and experience planting and managing her meadow over the past decade.
